TRAIN RIDES THE FERRY

At 09:28 we departed Hamburg on an ICE Train via LÜBECK heading for Copenhagen (København) the most liveable city in the world. In Puttgarden the Train boarded the Ferry and we passengers had to move from the train up several flights of stairs to involve ourselves in Tax Free Shopping, drinking coffee or going out on deck as we did. Scandlines is a major German/Danish Ferry operator that has eight passenger services with 48 sailings daily on a 45 minute crossing. It is used by 20 million people annually.
